- 1) Compliance for the KOA Group is to respect social norm as well as to observe domestic and international laws and regulations and customer requirements and to act in accordance with high ethical standards.
- 2) We establish a code of conduct and provide education to all people working for the KOA Group to enhance their awareness on compliance so that they can behave in a sensible and responsible manner not only for corporate activities but also for social life.
- 3) We install the “KOA Hotline” which is a consultation service to understand facts and concerns of injustice, illegality or unethical behavior and to promote the compliance of the KOA Group.
